The forensic roof
inspection network
One network, two sides. Inspectors join free and get leads. Buyers order a forensic, code-cited roof inspection — not just a folder of photos.
Not just photos. Evidence.
Public adjusters, roof-claim attorneys, roofing companies, and carrier-side desks order inspections through the Club. Every inspection runs through DumbRoof's forensic pipeline — the same engine that documents real storm-damage claims.
Code-cited causation
Each finding is tied to observed damage and cited building code — documentation built to hold up, not a photo dump someone has to interpret.
The forensic moat
Commodity inspection services return raw photos. The Club returns a defensible, code-cited report. That difference is the whole point.
Coverage where storms hit
In-area inspectors across the hail belt and the East-coast corridor — see the live map below.
An inspection documents the condition of a roof for evidence. Club inspectors are independent documentation specialists — not public adjusters, and they do not negotiate or advocate on a claim.
How the Club Works
Inspectors join free
Sign up, list your certifications, and pick the areas you cover. No account required, no membership fee.
Requests get matched
A buyer posts an inspection request. Inspectors in that area get notified and choose the jobs that fit — accept or pass.
Photos become a report
The inspector uploads photos into DumbRoof. The existing forensic pipeline turns them into a code-cited report the buyer receives.
Why Inspectors Join
Free leads in your area
Pick the states and regions you cover. When a request lands in one of your areas, you get notified — no lead fees, no subscription.
Choose your own jobs
No quotas, no mandatory availability windows. Accept what fits your schedule, pass on what doesn't. True gig-style flexibility.
No construction liability
You inspect and document — you're not the contractor. You don't build anything, warranty anything, or manage crews.
The report does the heavy lifting
Upload photos; DumbRoof's forensic pipeline produces the code-cited report. You focus on the inspection, not the write-up.
Where the Club Covers
